Adam Mason graduated from the London Film School before embarking on his career which began by directing and producing more than 100 music videos.

The numerous independent films he has directed and co-written include Broken (distributed through the Weinstein company), The Devil’s Chair (distributed through Sony, premiered Midnight Madness, Toronto), Blood River, Luster, Pig (SXSW 2017), Junkie & Hangman (premiered SXSW 2015).

Adam and his writing partner Simon Boyes have written and sold projects for Paramount, Relativity, Skydance and Lionsgate. The original scripts they have had produced include Universal and Blumhouse’s Not Safe For Work directed by Joe Johnston (Captain America, Jurassic Park 3), and Misconduct for Lionsgate, starring Al Pacino, Anthony Hopkins, Josh Duhmel and Malin Ackerman.

They are currently writing a movie adaptation of the computer game ‘Thief’.
